I’ve lived here for 3 years and find it very pleasant. It’s quiet and friendly. Management has been accommodating
I've lived at The Highlands for several months - almost six - and it was the best move my husband and I made in the 8 years we've lived in California. The office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful. They follow up promptly for any question or maintenance issue. The complex is kept landscaped beautifully and clean. Residents have been here for more than 20 years, and that's really a statement to the experience of living here. It's quiet, peaceful, and conveniently laid out. We plan on being here for a very long time!

I live here and I wanted to 1000% recommend this place to whoever want to live here they are amazing and you will never regret it! And Cristina at the leasing office is the best in the world! Most sweet person ever who is always there for you when you need it please move here if you are ready to be treated like you deserve
I lived in Trabuco Canyon Apartments many years ago and it was a good experience. I loved the 1 bed plus loft model with W/D on porch. It was a great setup for 1 person with home office and guest bed in the loft. The only negative was the distance to the rest of Orange County at the time, but I knew that going in. I wish I had known about the horseback riding just down the hill!
