I live here and I wanted to 1000% recommend this place to whoever want to live here they are amazing and you will never regret it! And Cristina at the leasing office is the best in the world! Most sweet person ever who is always there for you when you need it please move here if you are ready to be treated like you deserve
I lived in Trabuco Canyon Apartments many years ago and it was a good experience. I loved the 1 bed plus loft model with W/D on porch. It was a great setup for 1 person with home office and guest bed in the loft. The only negative was the distance to the rest of Orange County at the time, but I knew that going in. I wish I had known about the horseback riding just down the hill!
I have been at the Highlands for two years now, and I couldn't be happier. It is a beautiful facility, the grounds, the pool, the gym, the apartments themselves are clean in immaculate condition, but the staff is what really makes the Highlands excellent over and above. They are kind, professional, and excellent at their job. They care about all the people that live here and go above and beyond to make sure that we are cared for and happy and feel welcome. ive been living here for 2 years . When I first moved in Rose was the main office contact and it she was beyond amazing. After she left they have changed 2 property directors . One worse than the other . Current one is Cristina Acuna , she is by far the WORSE one . I wanted to transfer to another unit (cheaper) due to life changes and I called the office spoke to Caymen (he is awesome and always tries his best to help ) but unfortunately everything has to go through Cristina, long story short , I spoke to Caymen and he was a... read more
