They deserve zero stars. I am a current resident. The past 4 months I have had issues with being harassed with texts and emails for 4-5 days AFTER I have paid with a money order. Last month, I snapped and told them they need to figure out their system and stop harassing me and my father for 5 days when I’ve paid. They emailed me back on October 6th apologizing and assuring me they removed the late fee. Today, they forced me to pay that very not deleted late fee. They would not take MY EMAIL as proof of this.
