Brian was amazing in helping us with some fridge issues. He came over very fast (we called late at night) and solved the issue very quickly! Even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly again.
The staff here have been wonderful and exceptionally kind. Anytime I have any issues, the leasing office has provided me with the information I needed and helped to their full ability. Even the Maintenance workers at this apartment do a wonderful job in making sure everything's running smoothly. Gotta give credit to Cassie (a leasing office workers) and Bryan (a maintenance worker) for always being on top of their game.
I ended up living at the highlands out of random apartment searching and in visiting many of the other apartments around UNR I would say that the quality and experience of living here have been pleasant and fair. I’ve found that the biggest virtue of living here has been the open layout of the apartment, with open areas of green grass and instant access to the outside areas make it feel much more homely. Brian came to fix our sink and washer right away and super quickly. He’s super nice and explains things. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and is very professional. In my opinion one of the best maintenance guys on property!
Brian on the maintenance staff was really knowledgeable about the issues we were having in our apartment. Originally, we filed a work order to fix our drier and he went above and beyond to find out the root cause of why our drier was constantly breaking down. He fixed it quick and kept us in the loop as to what was wrong with it. We only filed the work order for the drier, but he noticed that the door that opens the drier needed to be adjusted and went out of his way to fix that without us asking.
