This property management is beyond unprofessional. They are not responsive and seem to not care about their tenants regardless of the long explanation the owner gives about all of the “changes” they have made/are making in another persons review. The management of this building is extremely rude, unresponsive, and unreliable. They ignore calls and requests, and the manager—who is rarely ever in the office—is dishonest and discriminatory. When the main entrance was destroyed in a car accident, they never repaired it or provided safe alternatives for residents. This place is complete trash. Ever since the new manager came, this place has been a disaster. A guy that lives here has been harassing everyone.Kids can’t even go outside and play anymore. He pulled out a taser on a kid who was just trying to play soccer outside after yelling and making rude comments about him. The new manger nancy is very disrespectful she has absolutely no respect for the people. The building is also not safe at all. the road in the building have potholes, the garage has no cameras for safety, the parking outside also has no cameras. kids constantly run around the building knocking doors of others and there is no consequences. Residents are very disrespectful as well spilling their trash all over the carpets making that hallways smell, bugs are always by the main door by the garage. Don’t not move here!
