First time visit was way more than I could ask for. Communication was key for me and they knocked it out the park.dr.malone and everybody that works there,are very helpful and so nice.dr.malone got us on a plan and we couldn't thank them all enough. I highly recommend them.
I have been using The Highland Vet for 2 years now. Dr. Malone and the entire staff are awesome!! They treated my16 year old Shih Tzu "Gracie" for right at two years for bladder cancer. Dr. Malone and the staff were so patience in explaining everything in layman terms to me. They treated Gracie's with love and compassion. They were so supportive when Gracie passed away. Was traveling from the Coast to DeSoto County the day before Thanksgiving. After noticing blood in my dog's stool on a potty break, I called my vet who instructed me to find a vet immediately that she must be seen. Even if it was an emergency clinic as most vets would be closed Thanksgiving and possibly Friday-Mon. Whatever was causing this would be lethal for her size (11lbsPom) if it hit the Pancreas before treated. It was 3:06pm Wed.
