I wish I weren’t writing this review, but unfortunately I am. I moved into a unit at Highland at Sugarhouse in late February. The first few months were fine until summer arrived and a severe boxelder bug infestation began. Despite my best efforts (closing and covering vents with mesh, spraying inside and outside, and even taping my windows shut) the bugs still find their way in. He vivido en seis ciudades en Estados Unidos. De todas las ciudades, esta ha sido la peor experiencia de alquiler. Los tipos tienen los brios ( agallas ) de cobrarte por las persianas que se caen solas del techo que ya estaban buenas y desvencijadas cuando uno se mudo al sitio. Pase 6 meses pegando persianas que se caian solas. Me cobraron $80 dolares por reparar sus persianas sucias y en mal estado como si fuera yo el que las daño en un principio. The Highland is a quaint place in a nice neighborhood. The location allows easy access to shopping and restaurants, as well as great local schools. Move in process for us was a bit rough, but that was the result of a recent management change the complex underwent. Management was fair about the process and compensated me accordingly for my inconvenience. My one complaint would be that the apartments are renovated cheaply.
