Very good concierge. Building is well maintained. When I first moved in, it said there was a bike room, but management said I was a fake ad. So just be careful with that. Overall a nice place to live in a nice neighborhood
Wonderful and quiet building. Kind and courteous concierge staff. Fast and efficient repairs when requested - often within minutes!
The Highgate Building, which is located on E 95th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, is a great spot! I have to preface by saying I have not resided at this building as a tenant. However, I have friends that have lived here, and I have always loved visiting. :-) The front desk staff are SO kind & accommodating. Further, the common areas (particularly the lobby's spaces) are very clean, well-kept, warm + inviting.
