TLDR: she wasted my time, refused to plan anything in advance, and refused to give me a full refund. I am so disappointed in Hayley's services. She seemed nice and organized enough when we met. My fiancé and I liked her style, and she promised full service wedding planning, decoration, and $500 worth of florals. The price was a bit high, but felt worth it for all the services being offered.
