Absolutely amazing place! Immaculate, great staff, great food (the beignets at Rosie's are phenomenal), great location. I would live here.
This was our first stay at Higgins Hotel in New Orleans and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a great area. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well maintained and our room was also very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet during the night as well. We also ate at Cafe Normandie inside the hotel and the food and service were both excellent. I would like management to please recognize John at the front desk. When I come to New Orleans, which is pretty frequent, I always check here first. Staff is very helpful and polite, which goes a long way with me. Only nit was that one of the days housekeeping failed to restock my coffee. But. Nate downstairs too care of me with a credit to use at any place on the premises. Update: Hotel and service have not changed...still right on! I was never without coffe this time around. 😁
Nice hotel. World War II museum theme runs throughout and meeting rooms, bar, and restaurant are patriotic themed. Rooms are nice and spacious.
