I feel. the Higgins law firm could have done for me and my late wife. The nursing home facility was not a good place for my wife to be. First, there was no communication with the doctor, the nurse, even the case working. My wife died from respiratory failure and pneumonia instead of cancer. I feel they should have investigated more.
My wife and I contracted with attorney Don Byrd with the Higgins Group to have our will rewritten and updated. We found Don to be quite knowledgeable, efficient and on time. He answered all of our questions immediately. He also suggested other legal requirements that would make our wills legally Bullet Proof!
