Bought the items from them on sale but is faulty. It took them a long time to respond and finally the response came that I should get it serviced. It truly feels like they did not take my issue serious and them suggesting to just service the item seems strange. It was on sale and a demo unit for a few hours but still this is poor service. I would have had better luck buying on trademe.
