We purchased the item online in all good faith that it would serve our purpose, unfortunately it doesn't. It's not a change of mind, the item does not work with our system so we can't use it. However, we can't get a refund because it's classed as a change of mind. We also don't live near the store so we can't take the item back. In this day of customer service, this is pretty poor.
