Alex is awesome and very easy to get along with and understand. Extremely knowledgable in the world of Hifi. I went to four different stores in Brisbane and everyone kept trying to sell me something I did'nt want. One visit to Alex and I knew I was in the right spot. After a few visits I made a purchase and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Buddy! Will be back soon to do another room!
Ordered a new needle for my turntable on a Thursday mid morning. Was packed and shipped same day and delivered the next day in Brisbane by lunch. Such great service. Will definitely order from these guys again!
I cannot speak highly enough of the service and knowledge that Alex has with these sytems. This is not the first time Ihave purchased from him and each time he takes the time to understand the needs and makes recommendations. A 10/10 from me!
Had to pay $95 to look at my sa508 vintage pioneer amp said $400 usually to fix got a call to say $600 i said no thanks. Very disappointed couldn't even tell me the section fault could be in .charges $200 a hr When i got home i opened the amp and found the right channel speaker fuse blown. Im a electrician and have a electronics cert. but I'm 76 years old
