The Hideout staff could not have been more easy to talk to and overall respect of the art of cosmetology! I was able to book a last minute bayalage and cut appointment with Lyz, who I had never been to before, and couldn't be happier. Not only did she make my initial vision and voice heard, she made me feel like a million bucks after her delightful Tea Tree oil scalp treatment! Very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. I have found all of the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Macks is a master of their craft! I can come in will any type of inspiration in mind and Macks will not only make my vision come true, but also explain and teach me about my hair with helpful suggestions with no pressure! :)

This place absolutely rules! Extremely friendly and helpful staff and a great price for a haircut. I've had multiple people cut my hair at the Hideout, and I've loved it every time. Most recently, Macks gave me the best haircut I couldve ever asked for. Plus I love that the Hideout participates in community and shows up for their people. Love em
