This place was a surprise. It looks like a fast food restaurant, and it is to some extent, but it does try to provide high quality seafood. We shared the seafood platter with fried catfish, fried shrimp, and crab cakes. It was plenty of food to share. The shrimp and catfish were very good. The crab cakes were a little mushy on the inside, but crunchy on the outside and still tasty. Overall we enjoyed the lunch we had, and came away very full.

We just had our wedding reception here. We loved the HO as all of our friends and family could stay on the resort with us. Their restaurant and bar had excellent food. We all enjoyed the outdoor balcony to sit around and socialize. We had our dance in the pavillion which was very private from the main lodge. We were able to dress it up and have it look amazing. The grounds were kept in excellent condition. Had we of had time we could have played golf, went kayaking, worked out at the gym, or went for a walk.
