Enjoy visiting family here.
It’s a lovely, large, beautiful and security secured development. There are so many activities available- golf course, skiing mini mountain, restaurant, huge lakes for all types of water sports, swimming pools and workout facilities. I’m sure I missed something. They are very environmentally conscious and have specific regulations regarding disposal of waste and recyclables. Security is always visible. Great place to live safely and has rentals- just respect the land and others!
Beautiful place. Some people here complain about the rules however they are there for a reason. I actually like that POA also enforce the rules so we (homeowners) can enjoy our time in peace in our own homes.
