Messy neighbors, no 24/7 maintenance which for the price is unacceptable. Kitchen hood vents to ceiling and other poor build quality items. Office staff aren’t available anywhere but over text message / app. When they and/or maintenance were around they were kind and fast.

Great management team- super responsive! Beautiful updated units, great for pets . A great place to live!!!
Gorgeous! Absolutely love the landscaping and the common spaces.
