The home buying experience and initial 30 day warranty period was phenomenal. When we had the ability to communicate directly with Jason Moody, the site manager, we had no issues at all having warranty repairs taken care of. We’ve now been in our home just over 3 months and the warranty process has been nothing short of a nightmare. No shows for scheduled repair appointments, claims closed without being fixed requiring us to resubmit and start our process all over. She makes the whole new-construction process easy and enjoyable, keeping you updated every step of the way. If you’re looking for a home in Tennessee, definitely ask for Mikki, she’s the best!
