When we had the ability to communicate directly with Jason Moody, the site manager, we had no issues at all having warranty repairs taken care of. She makes the whole new-construction process easy and enjoyable, keeping you updated every step of the way. If you’re looking for a home in Tennessee, definitely ask for Mikki, she’s the best!
