I had a 60 minute massage. Ericka was wonderful, she was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed.
I had a massage at 12 and got to spend 15 minutes in the sauna and waited in the lounge until 12:30 and the front desk lady came and told me Tori, who I booked with didn’t show and she called another massage therapist to come in and said she’d be there in 5 minutes 10 max. After another 30 minutes still no one showed up and I spent over an hour waiting and no one showed up. I got dressed and left.
