I had never gotten a facial before Zaphira and I'm glad she was my first experience! (She'll be my future experience as well) Her space has great ambience and was comfortable and cozy. I have very sensitive skin and my skin routine is extremely minimal, so the fact that Zaphira uses high quality products was a big plus for me. She knows what she's doing and very obviously cares about her work and her clients. I left feeling refreshed and taken care of. I highly recommend The HIdden Gem! Thank you, Zaphira!
