This place isn’t worth the price. Most of the other homes in this subdivision seem to be hosting multiple families who may be more budget-conscious than demanding of quality. The appliances are out dated and/or low quality. There is minimal stock of everyday items for use (paper towels, toilet paper, etc) and what is here is subpar.
