I wouldn’t stay under a bridge to avoid checking into the Embassy Suites in Franklin, Tennessee — but I would seriously consider sleeping in my car first. That’s how disappointed and frustrated I am with the lack of service and total disregard for customer care. I was promised adjoining rooms when I booked. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The warmth and hospitality from General Manager Kiran, Front Office Manager Jaspreet, Zunera from the Breakfast Room, and the entire staff was exceptional. Excellent experience from the time we walked in the door to the time we checked out. Very comfortable rooms and especially liked the wood floors. From the service desk to the bar and restaurant.the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed the pool and exercise areas also.

Overflow garage will ticket you 97$ based on photo tag, even with the sign states overflow parking, and paid the motel 25$…. You cannot get out of this 97$…..prrs owns this scam garage out of Colorado

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL..HERE IS THE PHONE NUMBER EVERYONE NEEDS TO CALL, 888-240-6152 PLEASE REPORT YOU HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES. HOTEL NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, WHEN REPORTED ISSUES TO THE FROM DESK. THE MANAGER (JON) WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE AND CALLED POLICE, THIS PLACE IS FILTHY DIRTY AND UNSAFE.

Made reservations a week in advance, was put in a handicap room. Requested a new room and was told none available. Requested a wine glass was told none was available. Room has an unpleasant odor.

I recently stayed at Tru by Hilton for a week, and I regret to express that my experience was unsatisfactory. For four out of the seven mornings of my stay, the pancake machine was inoperable and the yogurt was sour tasting. Additionally, my room was only cleaned twice within the week I stayed, and I found it peculiar that the housemaids attended to the rooms with the doors closed.
