Beware of Valet Parking! We spent the weekend and had a wonderful time. The bartenders and wait staff were amazing. The room was spacious and very comfortable. When we picked up our car to drive home there was a dent and scratch on the passenger door. We pointed it out and gave the valet all our information. They said they would submit a claim and that the hotel manager would call us in a few days. A few days later we received an email stating our claim was denied and never heard from the hotel manager. The hotel is well kept, clean and smaller than many on the beach. The views from the 7th FL bar is really pretty at night. The service stood out more than anything. The girls at the front desks whom check you in are friendly and very helpful. My go to for help was Donyel at Valet. He went out of his way to assist and offered great suggestions when I’d ask. Should have asked for balcony
Staffing is wonderful but please let me share you my “OCEAN VIEW” Balcony room Oh no? You won’t let me post a view Ok I’ll tell you It’s an “across the street from ocean back yard trash compactor view from a slight view from the room And to date they’re holding $650 A NIGHT of mine for this view?🥸 WTHF?
Wow! What a wonderful getaway weekend!!! When we called late at night to verify the weather in the area, Tina (night desk associate) encouraged us to come to Clearwater Beach. So we did…to our delight, the stay was relaxing and just what we needed! It’s centrally located with many food options nearby, the trolley stop within walking distance, and the beach across the street. The bed is comfortable, room is clean and quiet.
