Thank you to Dr. Ogutu and the exceptional team at this clinic. We researched a number of clinics before choosing this one because of its proximity to where I worked and lived. We were not swayed by the low price all inclusive deals out there as there is always likely to be a catch. The team here are professional, personable too. The clinic is clean and inviting. My partner and I have been working with this clinic since April 2025 and recently been discharged with a successful pregnancy now moving over to the NHS for weeks 12 onwards. I was recommended by 2 friends who spoke extremely highly of this clinic. The services we used was all pre treatment examinations for both my partner and I, egg collection, embryo freezing, embryo transfer, PGT testing and NIPT testing. I did 3 times frozen embryo transfer this year in this clinic, all PGT-A tested euploid, all failed. Then I was suggested to do an EMMA&ALICE and ERA tests. On the day of taking a biopsy, the staff don't seem to know what they are doing, they were like "I suppose let's do xxx, I guess let's do xxx". It was a painful process and I felt unsure about it. Never go for this clinic. They just want money from you they give you over all package and after that there are so many hidden charges in the begging there are doctors and nurse consultations once you start treatment with them they ask you for money for different things and you have no choice left other then paying. later if you failed next time they charge you more money but there is no doctor or nurse consultation straight away come to the clinic and pay for whatever they say. i don't understand what is included in their I... read more

Herts & Essex Fertility Centre from the very first time we made contact have been so professional, personal, warm and friendly which makes a huge difference when going through a fertility journey.
