My son has been working with The Hero Clinic and the ladies of The Hero Clinic since before they became The Hero Clinic. There isn’t enough positive things I could ever say to bring those ladies justice. I call, they help work thru our issues, I need another service added, they get us added. If you ever need help, need services, and have questions they are who to contact.
I can't say enough positive things about The Hero Clinic. From our initial visit to ongoing therapy services, we've always felt love from the staff. I highly recommend it.
I am extremely disappointed with the unethical billing practices and withholding of services I experienced at The "HERO" Clinic. I paid a $300 deposit on October 1, 2025 to secure an appointment for my daughter's autism assessment as this facility cannot accept insurance and The Thompson Center is a 2 year wait. It was at this time that the assessment process was explained to me and sounded very thorough- I believed she was in good hands.
