I love the Hernried Center in Folsom. I've been going there for under 8 months and have lost 124 pounds. The staff is incredibly supportive. The program works but only if you do to the work! I was nearing the point that I thought the only way to get the weight off was thru surgery but I've been able to successfully lose the weight I need to thru this medically monitored program (without surgery)! I have been in the New Directions weight loss program for just over four months and I have lost 53 pounds. The program works! This was definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. The staff, doctors, and behavorlists are great people focused on helping you meet your goals. I wholeheartedly recommend you commit to the program. What do you have to lose??? Weight :)
So far so good!! 2 months and 10 days in and I've lost 45lbs. The meal packets are better than expected, I do not feel like I'm hungry at all. The support classes super helpful, and the staff are professional and kind.
Having a very positive experience here. I have lost and gained more weight over my lifetime and I can't keep it off. I like the approach of focusing on maintenance and compass "support group" like classes for after the weight is off. The center is here to support you for a lifetime which sets it apart from other programs. You should make the commitment to yourself to become healthier and happier!
