The staff here is so friendly and I love the accountability and coaching you receive on the program!
The staff, doctors, and behaviorists are supportive and knowledgable people focused on helping you meet your goals. The group classes are wonderful for support and awesome tips and tricks.
For years I tried to lose weight, only to regain what I had lost plus 10 more pounds each time. I had almost lost all hope. Then I heard about the Hernried Center. I drove 50 miles to get to class each week and had to cover most of the expenses out of pocket, but it was worth it! Because of the Hernried Center, I am 170 pounds lighter, and through the Compass Program, I am keeping the weight off. I highly recommend this program!
Awesome program. I found it easy to stay on. 35 pounds in about 3 months. Yeah ! About 5 to 10 more to go.
