Loved our stay at the Hermitage & especially loved Debbie’s friendly smile & beautiful personality. She was welcoming & very accommodating. Enjoyed a meal at the hotels Indian restaurant. Will be back again Debbie!!
This was a great place to stay. We were here at a very busy time Floods had people moving into motels all over the Hunter
I had a wonderful stay at this motel! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional-friendly, helpful, and welcoming (thanks Deb). The room was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The heating worked perfectly, and the hotel was quiet, which made for a great night's sleep. Overall, it was excellent value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality on a budget. I will definitely stay again!
