We have been so impressed with the care provided to my father-in-law since he moved in 2 1/2 months ago. Everyone from the Director Mary, the healthcare providers, the dining and kitchen staff, the housekeeping staff, and the maintenance/technical staff, have gone out of their way to help him settle in and get comfortable. I just love the place. I have had the pleasure of letting my grandmother stay here to live out the rest of her life and she had nothing but good things to say. Staff were always great and attentive whenever I visited. She especially told me about Darrel in wellness, and how much he cared for her and how compassionate he was! Kudos to you Darrel I would trust anyone I love to be in your care.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My Mom has now been at Heritage Waterside for a year. She wasn't thrilled about moving here at first because she didn't want to leave her friends back home, but my Mom needed help with her medicine. Mary and her team at Heritage Waterside made the move as easy as possible. They allowed us to make major changes to the room we chose for my Mom (knocked out a wall, added a closet) and were so very welcoming to my Mom. My 79 year old brother is looking forward to moving in this April. About a year or more ago we visited 5 facilities in Florida. My brother was not quite sure about moving from his apartment in a senior community to independent/assisted living. Now after having a health issue from covid, and a stint in rehab, he is ready. My mother is a resident at Heritage Waterside. It has been a wonderful experience from day one. Mary and the entire staff exceeded our expectations. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The staff is professional and kind. The food is great and the servers are always so friendly and personable. They always have fun activities going on. We could not ask for a better environment or better care for my mother. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Heritage Waterside. You do make a difference in all the lives you touch.
