We took my wife's mom to visit this wonderful facility. The director, Mary, could not have been any kinder or more informative. The staff were very friendly, every one we encountered spoke to us. This place is really a community and family of residents. Super clean, very organized, and a beautiful place. The "restaurant" serves three meals each day and the selections are many, chef prepared. I'm not "ready" for this place yet but I certainly would love to live here!
Looking for the finest care for your loved ones? Heritage Waterside is the place to go. My dad has been a resident there for almost 2 months. He's 96 and is enjoying his independence, living in such a wonderful environment. He calls it the SS Heritage because it reminds him of being on a cruise ship. Placing someone you care about in a facility has been one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do. It was stressful and overwhelming. When it was time to choose a place, Heritage stood out. In fact, I had three appointments scheduled with Heritage the first visit. I went to the second facility and immediately cancelled the third. Heritage Waterside has been an outstanding with my farther. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an assisted living option. It was our first time looking for an option and they have over delivered on what we hoped for.
We are so happy to have our loved one Pat at a place that is so full of Love and Concern!! Even with his Language Barrier all staff are so kind to him and make his Everyday Life a Bit More Pleasant as he Ages with his Dementia ♥️♥️ Thank You All
