Beautiful facility, great services offered, professional and caring staff. Mary Noss, the Executive Director, has been so helpful and has created a truly top-notch assisted living facility with a very well-trained staff.
My parents just moved in to Heritage Waterside and I can not rate it highly enough. Friendly staff, clean as a whistle at all times, peaceful, tranquil setting with beautiful views. But the most awesome part is the dining and wait staff…. Just amazing! Anything your heart and stomach desires! Each meal is made to order and delicious!
What a special place HW is for seniors! After visiting my mother for 10 days… I didn’t want to leave! I would describe HW as a cruise ship on land!! I have so much appreciation for the love and care they have shown my mother!
UPDATE to review done two years ago. I cannot say enough about Heritage Waterside . They are truly a family, my family and my mother’s family . She is currently in a rehab center due to some medical issues. Three of the MedTec’s came to visit her on their own time. So did the director of activities. I have been in constant contact with Mary, the Executive Director . All I can say is that Heritage is there for you , and your loved one - in any circumstance.
