From my friend... I would rate this place a 10+ in all areas. From administration to nursing to reception to activities to dining services to maintenance to housekeeping to laundry, our expectations were exceeded. We moved to Heritage Waterside at the end of April 2025, after three years of research and onsite visits to several of these types of communities. We were primarily looking for two standards -a safe environment with excellent medical services as we aged and compassionate, caring employees. We found both in abundance at Heritage! After living on the ocean on a condo for over 30 years, independent and full of pride for such a gift of a lifetime, I was filled with thanks to my children who could see that I was beginning to need assistance. Before we met for our family meeting, I contacted a placement counselor to discuss where I could change residence, absolutely not senior living. I see you deleted my comment so I will leave another one. While at Heritage Waterside I met several people who told me they wanted to leave and tried to escape but could not. The place is like a prison. Do not be fooled by the nice exterior. They just want to make a profit. My relative resides here and is very pleased with it. We visited on 2025/07/02 and the facility was impressively clean, well run and staffed by happy professionals. I feel good knowing my auntie is there, having seen and met the whole place. Bravo Heritage Waterside!
