I worked here through agency one evening and I’ll never go back. The facility needs to be updated along with the rude staff and let’s not forget the ED who just sits in her office all day. It’s a very small facility and they still can’t keep staff. Needs new management asap.

Went to pamper the residents. Staff very kind and enjoyed getting to spend time with the residents. Beautiful facilities.

The care staff is always short staffed, meals are served severely late. There is absolutely no programming and no accountability. What you are paying for is a room where your loved one will sit alone and when you visit, the minimum care staff will pretend they just adore your family member when secretly, they are treated like children when no family is around.

The staff here is horrible! The executive director is not qualified! She sits in a closed offices with the receptionist all day. I come in often and the receptionist is never at her desk. She sits in the executive office, leaving the desk unattended. The executive director is the nurse who gave bad care there and was promoted to the executive office. There is only 30 residents at this community for a reason, they have a reputation in the community that is not good, DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I was at the community for a tour and the way In which I heard the activity lady speak to the residents, made me walk right back out the door. There was absolutely no way I would subject my mom to the nastiness of that lady. The activities they were doing were for kid like.
