Dishonest Administrator Peggy- and she beats her little dog with a flip flop! Patients rarely have a nurse available to provide care and the head nurse, Devonna has no idea what she is doing when it comes to managing meds.. trust me. I'm a nurse myself.
So, I've debated writing this as I was thinking maybe our expectations were out of line for my father, however after about six weeks in his new facility, I have realized that this facility has some significant issues. First of all, it's a new(er) facility and the rooms and facility have a nice layout and is maintained well. Worse place to work, the don’t treat their employees right. They have a big turn around of staff because of the management.
