Love my new home! Mario is wonderful. Warranty issues have been settled quickly. Large lots allow beautiful landscaping.
After owning one of these homes for almost a year and going thru issues with the house, this builder has one of the worst people and contractors that they work with. Warranty issues never get taken care off, they always blame different people for different issues and takes months to get them to fix something. If you are looking to deal with the worst warranty department and people this is the home for you. Poor quality work and poor Customer Service
