After owning one of these homes for almost a year and going thru issues with the house, this builder has one of the worst people and contractors that they work with. Warranty issues never get taken care off, they always blame different people for different issues and takes months to get them to fix something. If you are looking to deal with the worst warranty department and people this is the home for you. Poor quality work and poor Customer Service
Nice location and beautiful homes
My experience with this development has been completely negative so far. We bought a house in 2020 and since then there has been problem after problem almost every month. First, there were gaps where the floor met the walls that were not noticed during purchase (our mistake). Second, the tub/shower wouldn't drain. Then came the sink issue in every corner of the house.
