While not the bottom of the barrel maintenance wise, all I hear from my neighbors is how poor management is. Fellow residents are decent and friendly. I give them credit for Hurricane Ian repairs to the community. Hot tub is broken more often than running. Place is outdated. You still have to trim your own place and maintain the trees on your lot although they will say landscaping “included”.
