Super upsetting the curbside works for people who are disabled but let's hope you don't get something defective or the wrong thing because you must go in to exchange. Not acceptable at all.
The worst experience. I walk in this morning and get YELLED at by a woman. “HEY.” “We’re not open today!! We’re having a snow day!!” She yells for her manager Brian and tells him the door opened when it wasn’t supposed to. I arrived right at 8am. She genuinely made me feel uncomfortable and intimated me with her body language and tone of voice.
