Rooms are clean and nice, location great for the city. Service staff werent very pleasant , down right grumpy on check in , which was disapointing.
Beautifully appointed, modern and spacious room and facilities, close to town & highway but very quiet location. Bathroom updated and large - fixed screen on deep shower still allows a bit of water to spray onto floor but water is rapidly heated and perfect pressure. Super-comfortable queen bed with ample bedding and electric blankets for extra warmth. Reception was welcoming and a fantastic source of local information. I stayed here with my mum this week, for 2 nights. I found the check in process quite interesting. Whilst the staff member was courteous, I'm not sure she said more than 2 sentences to me during the process. That possibly wouldn't have seemed odd but the person served before us was involved in super friendly conversation with the receptionist. We were a family of 4. I found the rooms neat and clean. The service was non existent. Receptionist seems either not bothered or not interested. Requested an extra wine glass as they only had 1 in the cabinet only to be told they dont have any extra. What kind of hotel doesn't have wine glasses?
Clean room with all you need for a short stay. Easy, friendly check in. Didn’t eat in the restaurant, very short walk to the pub instead. Have stayed twice on our road trips & would happily stay again.
