This place and the service from the staff was exceptional. We had an event here and Nicole Thomas was so great to work with. If you have any events coming up in Louisville, Kentucky, I can't recommend this location enough. I'm sure we will be back.
We went to an event at The Clay recently and it was amazing. So beautiful and fun! I got to meet the coordinator (Nicole, I believe?) but forgot to pay her any compliments. She deserves them though! Because of my experience at this event, I’ll definitely keep this venue in mind for anything I have going on in the future and recommend it to everyone.
I was so excited to tour this venue and hopefully have my wedding here but after driving 2 hours to come visit, we were left waiting outside and after waiting for an hour decided to leave. No response from the event manager for over 24 hours after she wasted our time. If this is the service we would have received for the time leading to our wedding, I think we dodged a bullet.
