Roaches come in through the walls, so I had to pay for additional pest control. Cigarette and marijuana smoke wafts in through the exhaust vents in the bathrooms because all 8 units in each building share a common duct, and they even acknowledged this in emails. I complained constantly and nothing ever happened to address the smell of smoke in my apartment. First Moving in i thought this was a nice place to live, but after being there for a year it was very clear that it was not. when i moved in there was already previous holes in the walls including a big hole in the bottom of my storage closet on my balcony. I just moved out recently and before i moved out they tried charging me n my roommate 6k for a month to month rate after we was told that it was okay to move out a little after our lease was up. I've lived here for the past 4 years and this new Management has been nothing short of amazing. Maintenance is so quick to address any requests and the Manager and office staff are always so kind and helpful. You can tell they all genuinely care about their residents and their property. Don't pay no mind to the negative reviews, people only leave bad reviews when they didn't get their way or probably got evicted and didn't like that management was just doing their job! This apartment is the worse I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to stay here. My water was brown I went without power in certain parts of my apartment at night and when I told management they kept putting me off, Showed them proof still didn't do nothing. The sink in the bathroom water barely came out. Showed them proof of that as well. Management and maintenance is a joke. there.
