Great apartment! Needs improvement on pest control, responding to the tenants, and having maintenance close your front door when they’re working in your unit and you have pets that could escape and wasting your power. But overall, I love living here.
My fiance, myself and my 4 year old son have lived at The Henry for 2 years now and it has been an all around enjoyable and comfortable home. The staff is always very helpful when issues arise and have fun opportunities to connect with the apartment community during the holidays. The fitness gym and pool is also an amenity I use frequently and am grateful to have. Daniel and the rest of the maintenance team do an awesome job. They are super fast and always super nice.
Nobody answers the phone, & the door is always locked. The pictures look beautiful, however the actual unit not so much. My coworker stays here & allowed me to view her unit. and she said her apartment was terrible when she moved in. I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Do not rent here ; management is horrible! They find ways to charge you extra money , there’s a leak every two months , no washers and dryers for the price of the apartments ( they only offer two washers and dryers for the entire apartment complex) maintenance is even worse . They’re painting over bugs vs cleaning the place . They come in and out of your apt with no heads up .
