Terri and The Hendrix Group were joys to work with while buying our first home. Terri worked with our odd schedule for showings and had lots of helpful advice, pointing out things we wouldn't have noticed. The home buying process was smooth and all the recommendations for other services were first rate. We would highly recommend the Hendrix Group when buying a home!
Chad Gerlt was very thorough and responsive. My contract was signed in a matter of hours and the closing in a matter of days.
Just wanted to say we had a great experience with Ken from start to finish on buying our new home in Overland Park, KS. Ken was very prompt at answering our questions... read more
Very grateful to have had Ken as our agent as we went to buy our first house. The process can be daunting and overwhelming, but Ken always answered our questions patiently and let us ramble graciously. We closed on our first house feeling fully confident in our decision thanks to Ken’s attention to detail. He made our needs feel seen and heard, and we always knew he had our best interest in mind. Ken and his team are professional and full of wisdom, and we’ll be recommending them to everyone.
Everyone at Hendrix Group has been very polite and helpful. A special thanks to Chris for his help at all times and attention to detail. Thank you, Chris!
