Amazing building with an awesome staff. Collette did an amazing job guiding my grandparents through the entire process and Cody is always quick to deal with any of there maintenance concerns
The Hendrickson is a beautiful apartment. Collette made My experience better. She worked hard to find me the perfect unit. I appreciate her and all the help she gave me. I hope she works there forever.
I live at the Hendrickson and last night the neighbors sink overflowed in the middle of the night. Around 4 o’clock in the morning. I called the maintenance people right away. Cody came and answered the call. He literally was at my door within 20 minutes. We were worried that the upstairs neighbors needed a welfare check, but he was able to rouse them and address the leaking water immediately.
