This hotel is a complete disappointment. We booked a loft that promised a view of the Gulf, but upon our arrival, we were given a room with just a limited glimpse of the Gulf and a view of the pool instead. The photos showcased a lovely Gulf view from both the room and balcony, but that was far from the reality we experienced. Everything about this place is top notch! The staff are wonderful and the valet is so quick and polite. We arrived early to check in and while we waited, Eric from valet took us all around the resort so we could see where everything was. He was incredible! The food was very good, the grounds are immaculate and the private beach is incredible. If you can afford to stay here, DO IT!! We will definitely be back on a yearly basis.

This is a great family establishment. The rooms are a little too cold for me. But hey, its Florida. Surrounding area is tourist busy. But a lot of nice attractions.

We have vacationed here twice as a family of 5, 2 adults/ 3 kids (11,8,6). They have 2 family-friendly pools and an adults only pool (which sadly I have yet to experience bc we have 3 kids!) The private beach entrance is merely steps away from the resort and offers a very undercrowded beach experience. Beach is clean, and water is clear with plenty of ocean life to see swimming right alongside you.
