Tried to ask about having custom work done to an antique pillbox ball cap but before I could even finish, the guy abruptly cut me off and told me to go to Lids at Mayfair. In other words, this seems like a great place if you enjoy being talked down to by a pretentious snob.
This place is like a curation of craftsmanship You instantly feel different and elevated when he step in and customer service is always always excellent and very patient nothing but good reviews for this place

What a wonderful experience I had—to say the least! Kate was knowledgeable and I very much value her millinery expertise. We tried a few different hats to figure out which one would fit my style best and we all fell in love with the “Ingrid” (photos attached). I received multiple compliments every time I have the hat on. Milwaukee is surely proud to have one of the most talented milliner in the country!
