After many years dealing with this office I can only say great things about the Dr Reingold and his staff. The front desk is always courteous and efficient and has a wealth of knowledge with respect to the hematology clinic. I guess the people that are unhappy are the same people that show the disrespect they are complaining about by not showing up for appointments. Time is valuable on both sides. The most wonderful people. Receptionist is always so kind and caring. She remembers me every time, and never heaitates to return my calls. A treasure, truly amazing people.
This office has always shown the utmost respect, professionalism, and genuine care for its patients. Unfortunately, many of the negative reviews seem to come from people who confirmed their appointments but then didn't show up. It's also become difficult for businesses to enforce basic policies without receiving backlash. Courtesy and accountability go both ways, and this office consistently treats its patients with kindness and respect while simply asking for the same in return.
