Very disappointing experience with the front office at Dr. Reingold’s practice. I missed one appointment called the office spoke to the secretary, try to explain and apologize for no show due to illness..I was disregarded and told I'm discharged from a Dr who I haven't seen yet by the secretary. I was also told by secretary to “find a new doctor.” That response was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate. Gotta say the reviews are soo true the reception is so garbage , It’s as if they really hate anyone booking appointments and you feel attacked to even try . The DR seems knowledgeable and decent. He really needs improvements in his staffing though. I really hope the receptionist has no relation to the Doctor would really explain alot of that misery . Stay away if possible!
