I cannot say how great this company is. I needed somebody quickly and not only did they have somebody available within a couple of hours, but she was a perfect fit for our difficult mother. The manager who handled our case was very pleasant, patient, understanding and knew exactly how to handle a difficult situation. Love love love this company. They took care of my mother and showed compassion and kindness during her last years and gave her the dignity that she needed. I highly recommend this company!!
We were recommended to this company for my Mom and I cannot tell you how happy I am that happened. Not only were they professional and helpful but, more importantly, caring and responsive. Whenever you called, they were there for you. This whole process is overwhelming so it was wonderful to have people you could call on to help. They will work with you and help you through it all. They were a lifesaver. If you are in this situation, call Helpful Care.
These are the most patient and nice people you can find. We had to keep cancelling. They just went with the flow. No pressure, no anger. Once dad agreed, he was really happy with the woman and was comfortable with everything. They don't have a website which is unbelievable, but it doesn't matter. Call them.
We love our mom, but she is stubborn. Everyone was patient with us. They sent a nice lady but Mom threw her out. They helped us convince mom. They didn't even charge us for the first lady and they really understood. We tried again. Right now, it is okay. They really do understand and seem to put up with all of it and us. Thnaks for being who you say. We appreciate it and recommend them.
My friend told us about this company. She used them for her mother and was really satisfied. We called them (and others). They were the nicest people and concerned. Rates were good. They sent people my mother really liked and they showed up on time.
Finally a company that does what they say they will do. The evaluation was free. My mom loved the woman who did the evaluation and, more important, her aide. She really is becoming a friend. Thanks.
