I’m sure it’s long been under new membership since we got married there, but the Heitman Home is a BEAUTIFUL venue for a wedding. It’s spacious, ornate and plenty big enough for all the wedding traditions. And the view of the river as you say “I Do” simply can’t be beat. My husband and I said our vows here 22.5 years ago and I wish all the past and future brides and grooms the longevity and happiness we’ve enjoyed these last 2 decades. My fiancé and I had an appointment to view this venue. Upon entering, a strong fishy odor was immediately apparent, which was off-putting. The young wedding coordinator exhibited unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior from the outset.
