The Heights Vet Clinic has the most caring and responsive staff and techs. Dr Hayward goes above and beyond to make sure that my Pom was taken care of with their highest standards, was timely in responsiveness, and extremely thorough in explanations of status and potential options. In my decades of owning cats and dogs, i have found The Heights Vet Clinic my favorite and I would highly recommend.
The Heights does a great job using technology to communicate with you and remind you of your appointment. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, the techs have been friendly and excited to see my puppy Brady and Dr. Hunter Barnes is not only friendly and knowledgeable, but easy to ask questions to as a first-time dog owner. She even helped with pet insurance recommendations. The cost for all services I have found to be reasonable and they always go over the costs of everything before proceeding so there’s no surprises.
The staff and doctors are very friendly, professional and provide a lot of good information. I feel Jack is well taken care of.
I love the Heights Vet Clinic, I can’t say enough good things, and will always recommend them to any dog owner (the only reason I won’t say “pet” is because I only own dogs so my experience is specifically related to that, although I’m sure they are great with everything.) Not only were they able to diagnose an uncommon health issue with one of my dogs (Addison’s Disease) they have managed her extremely well and also take great care of my dog who has no health issues.
