This was the best decision I could have made for my mental wellness. Everyone has life issues and experiences. Sometimes you don’t know you need professional help until you’re in the middle of it. Well I was. I am blessed to have a support system who was on board for my self care. I researched various IOPs/PHPs that my psychiatrist suggested. Heights Treatment was a Godsend and it saved my life. I love how unique each therapist is. They have a wide variety of therapies including equine therapy, emdr, trauma processing, as well as individual and group therapy. Scheduling was easy, the staff was kind and were always available for me when I needed to talk. Not only have I come to living life, but they've given me a toolkit on how to navigate life and live it to the fullest.
