Attended the Pfizer Vaccination clinic on Saturday and was blown away by the efficiency, kindness of staff members and the whole process. They made it simple, safe and easy to attend. A big thank you to the Heights Medical Practice and all involved!!
Attended their Pfizer Vaccination clinic & was thoroughly impressed from the outset. From my initial enquiry, Lilly went out of her way to assist & accomodate my request. On the day, the nurses & doctors were informative & pleasant to deal with. The system is set up perfectly & is run so efficiently.
We visited this Practice yesterday 4/6/18. From the moment we walked in and introduced ourselves, our lovely receptionist Emily made us feel welcome. Dr Liedvougle was very polite, listened to our concerns and made us feel comfortable . We moved to Newcastle 4mths ago and very happy with found this excellent practice.
Excellent GP practice and handles all acute injuries with ease and speed. The doctor I have seen here, Dr Liedvogel, is polite, caring and very knowledgable. I come here for all medical issues.
