I had a great experience at this ER. The facility was very clean, and the staff was attentive, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure all of my needs were addressed. I felt well cared for throughout my visit, and the level of service exceeded my expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough great things about Houston Heights ER. My husband had a sudden medical issue, and we initially thought we were going to an urgent care. When we realized it was actually a full ER, it ended up being exactly what we needed and gave us much greater peace of mind. Smooth process very quick very friendly.
I had a great experience, Registration tech Mia walked me through the paper Work and questions I had. Nurse. Bea took care of my vitals and was friendly and curtious, explained my illness and the prescription, and how to take it. Dr khan cool dude address the issue and I had allot better results and services from them, than kelseysebold!!! Thank you for your help and I will be coming again.
