I visited the heights Emergency room and really I received the best care ever I received. No waiting time. All the staff are very helpfull and proffesional. The facility is very clean. The doctor is very kind and caring. I highly recommend this facility for all kinds of emergencies

Edit: 09/12 Three months ago I left a review about filing a complaint. Some lady called me saying how she was going to reprimand the staff and find out who they were and to compensate me she was going to send a gift basket. Which I should've known was a lie when I was giving her my address and she didnt ask how to correctly spell a city or recite the address back to me.
