Ms. Cameron met with my daughter and me on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon. She needed to be somewhere shortly after 5:00 PM. Nevertheless, she was patient and gracious, giving us a tour of the entire facility. She answered all of our questions and gave us additional information that we did not think to ask about. Amazing what a sensitive and knowledgeable community manager can do to change the quality of life at the Heights at Columbia Knoll. We now have a vibrant, active Resident Forum which brings a clear voice to management. And management actually listens and acts on concerns even though there are a myriad of constraints on her budget. Music events keep toes tapping and there are lots of undisputed world champion scrabble players.
Large clean place
As a resident of the Heights at Columbia Knoll for the past two years I have seen a lot of changes primariy in the staff area. The previous long term manager was not qualified for the job> she was rude and dismissive of residents and created an negative atmosphere. Our current manager is a postive, respectful person who has changed the atmosphere 180 degrees. The rest of the staff have also benefitted by the change in management and are happier and are more positive and helpful to residents. The one to remember is that the H... read more
