The worst place to live. Everything falling apart ' staff don't care. Not a nice place to live. Gloom and doom conditions. And they lose packages 6 times. The only thing the staff is worried about is missing paying rent. and you'll get oh well,
This review - and rating - is specifically regarding the new/current Community Manager, Amity Fry, a lovely Marine Veteran. She has wonderful people skills, and is a natural in dealing with everyone with equal respect, kindness and thoughtfulness. Amity is not just navigating or deputizing from behind the desk and her office, but actually steps up and out. The Heights is a warm, welcoming community of senior who enjoy activities and events together. The management is very accommodating of seniors needs and request. There is a good feeling among residents. Many games and activities, such as cards, pinochle, Mah Jong, conversation groups, WII bowling take place each week. We do monthly events, like the ice cream social and Happy Hour that are funded by corporate funds. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful.
There's no handicapped parking, as near as I can tell. Difficult to visit friends.
