I lived there for many years. The place is infested with every species of insect you can imagine. I was killing bugs there every other day inside the apartment. They opened the floodgates to lower income residents and thats when all the mayhem started there. Someone tried to burn down the front office twice in several months. I have lived here 3 years and loved every minute of it! Rent is cheap, place is awesome, nice staff, great people. I would recommend this place everyday.
